Joseph DeMartino is an entrepreneur who has been a member of the financial services community for over 40 years in sales, operations, technology, and other C-suite roles. 

Joe began his career as a marketing representative for IBM on Wall Street. He later held senior roles at ADP Financial Services, and as Chief Operating Officer at Market Guide and Credit Risk Monitor, both public companies.   His entrepreneurial spirit led him to form Empire State Financial Planning, catering to high net worth individuals who needed assistance managing their finances.  He later became an owner and partner at iX Partners, a firm specializing in operations outsourcing and technology implementations for the institutional asset management community.  In 2003, during his tenure at iX Partners, he created a market data services practice, which was spun off as a separate business in 2008 that he currently owns and operates today, Market Data Management Solutions Corp.   This company provides exchange management, vendor management, staffing, technical managed services, and strategic business consulting with a particular focus on financial market data and financial markets.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics from CUNY Queens College and has resided in the New York Metropolitan area all of his life.
